Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 TBSP brown sugar
1 cup nonfat milk
1 large egg
1 TBSP canola oil
1 TBSP vanilla
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, brown sugar, and baking powder. Pour in the milk, oil, egg and vanilla, and mix until well blended. Stir in the strawberries.2. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Pour batter into desired size of pancakes. Flip with a spatula when bubbles appear in the center. Cook until golden brown on the other side.
