How to Make Avocado Juice

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, ripe
- 500 ml (17 fl oz) cold milk
- 250 ml (1 1/4 cups) cold water
- 150 grams (3/4 cup) sugar
- 3 - 5 drops vanilla essence
Steps

- 2Put the pulp of the avocado along with the sugar in a blender and blend well.
